Jazz party with live band and jam session
It’s party time! What better way to spend the last Sunday night before the Christmas / New Year break?
There will be live jazz from 6pm till late in the main bar at the Globe. We will start with our popular monthly More Jam session. Then soon after 8pm the loud and lively Lickety Split will hit the stage.
Lickety Split, led by trombonist Eddie Bellis, is a high energy octet that includes some of the North East’s busiest jazz musicians. Their repertoire ranges from blues to bebop with a particular emphasis on West Coast cool jazz.
